The club was formed in begining 1997/1998 season in Portadown and met in the Rugby club Portadown (chambers Park)

We were members of the OSC but later changed to the CSA

We started with very few members and it grew quite quikly to about 52 since then the club has undergone a transformation and we have a hardcore membership of 17

A few members are season ticket holders and the rest are all citycard holders

It is rare that a match would go by and we have no representative attending

One member attended 37 games last season (05-06) and another only 2 and a lot in between all are welcome and all are treated equally

We now meet in the Drumgor Inn in Craigavon on the first Tuesday in every month and live TV games (also some not on $ky) - every now and again we return to the Rugby Club for a meeting

We have stong contacts at the Club and for accomadation / travel

The MAINE reason for our existence is to organise cheaper trips to games for members with less hassle although we have forged very good friendships with other MCFC supporters clubs and indeed supporters of other clubs where we have great craic when travelling

New members are always welcome in the first instance ring one of the office bearers for info

We support and sponsor MCFC Sierra Leone and have a charity fund raising day each season with quiz auction and 6 a side footie comp for various charities involving all the MCFC clubs in NI
